Returns/Exchanges

All returns are subject to SELLERS’ APPROVAL! 30 days Guaranteed Product Return. Buyer pays return fee unless seller is liable. Any product returned damage will only be exchanged at sellers’ discretion. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will work at our best to satisfy you. Body Jewelry, Lingerie, Nightwear and Sleepwear clothing are Non Returnable. Seller may offer one time discounted refund depending on circumstances. Any product the customer receives damaged will be exchanged and covered 100% by seller. Email or message us with and questions or concerns you may have regarding an item or any issue with your order from the (Contact Us) tab located on the top of the page or the mobile available Messenger app option. Refunds/Warranty

All returns are subject to change.* Any product returned damaged will receive a partial or full refund only at sellers’ discretion. Credit/Discount will be received for extended shipping periods. Refund for canceled or returned orders will be credited to your account within 14 days or less depending on your bank! Please ship all returns to the P.O Box address provided. If a replacement product is requested, it will be shipped ASAP, unless a refund is requested. Please feel free to leave any notes pertaining to your order in the (Order Notes) section at checkout that you feel may lead to a smooth and successful transaction. Servicing YOU is our #1 priority. Available options are as follows;

Priority Mail Express (USPS): Overnight Guarantee – From $26.35

Priority Mail (USPS): 1–3 Business Days – From $7.50

Ground Mail (USPS): 2-5 Business Days – From $3.80

If for any reason your order cannot be delivered on shipping schedule time due to USPS excess transit delay, we will try to accommodate for the inconvenience in the most appropriate way possible. Please keep in mind: Once your order is shipped out, delivery delays are completely out of our control. Your order is now in USPS possession and it is in their control to resolve any delays.
